All returns MUST be approved before you ship any item back to us. A RMA must be issued by MaxspeedPerformance.
If you ship an item back to us without calling us prior to shipping, we will refuse the package and it will be returned to you.
Shipping, handling, charges are not refundable.
All returned packages will be charged return shipping.
All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
All shipments are done with a signature required.
Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee + double the shipping cost and shipping insurance (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.
Defective or Wrong
Item Shipped
- If
the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is
considered defective. If you receive a defective or wrong item,
please save all packaging material and paperwork, and contact
us immediately with the item number, ebay ID, and defect description
within 7 days after the date of package arrived, and we will process your
request immediately. Replacement item will be processed and
shipped upon return and inspection of the original item. No Claims
will be accepted after 7 days. Digital photos are required
for all cases of defective item.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition,
or they will be rejected and sent back to you. Feel free to contact
