This cnc machined badge is made from a piece of 3/16" thick T-6061 aluminum and is then powder coated with precision and polished to a chrome finish that will match the rest of the chrome on the Dodge Ram's. Simply open the hood and release the factory Dodge Ram badge by maneuvering the clips that can be seen behind the stock grille. Once the factory badge has been removed wipe the area with a rag to remove any dirt. Then peel the red protective layer on the full 3M backing of the GTG badge and stick it on while applying pressure for about 10 seconds. With a tolerance of nearly 1/32" around the perimeter of our badge, it's impossible to not get it perfectly aligned!
