Technical Tips: When Connecting The Hid Kit, Please Make Sure When You Plug The Harness In Correctly So That The Connectors Are Aligned. If They Are Not, The Hid Kit May Not Work. So If You Modify The Item In Any Way Causing Damage To The Product, It Will Affect & Void The Warranty. If The Bulb Is Not Sitting Correctly, The Light Fixture May Be Off. To Fix This Issue Remove The Bulb And When Re-Installing The Bulb Be Sure That It Is Sitting In The Proper Position. If The Bulb Socket Is Not Sitting Properly Condensation (Moisture) May Buildup In Your Headlights. Flickering Of The Bulbs May Occur When First Turning On The Headlights. If The Flickering Does Not Stop After A Short Period Of Having The Lights On Please Double Check The Connection Of Wires To Be Sure They Have Good Contact. Some Car Model May Need Hid Canceller Capacitor For Warning Decoder Error / Flickering Fix. Please Note This Capacitor Is Not Included.

•  Any installation guide come with the products ?

Most of our items do not come with installation guide. Though some products may come with instructions, they only serve as a guide. Professional installation is highly recommended for all products.

•  What should you do when you receive a wrong , defect, damage, or dissatisfy product ?


Since all our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damage during transit. Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days, NO EXCEPTION.

If the product you received is not what you purchased or it function as intend due to manufacturer's defector whatsoever reason, we will gladly replace it at no charge. However, it is necessary that you can provide a photo to show us the problem before we issue a return label for you. And we must first receive the product, and examine the defective item before an exchange, or refund is processed.


When you received a damage or loss package, please email us immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the carrier. Replacement item will be shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier. However, if the claim is denied, we will NOT be responsible for the lost package. For the damaged item, we will offer the buyer an exchange only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.


All auction sales are final. We can only issue an exchange for the following reasons: Defected Item or wrong Item Shipped.

All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. Item must be returned and arrived within 14 days after RMA number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused.
Buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition (must have all original parts and packaging, never install). Otherwise, 20% restocking fees will be charged.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs under any circumstance. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.


What should you do if there is fitment problem with your purchase ?

All of our items are made by OE approved manufacturers and they were tested in factory. However, it does happen sometimes because of improper installation or wrong item purchase. If an item is being returned due to fitting errors, we do ask customer to provide a written report from professional installers or shops stating what the problem is or we will not accept the return.

How do we handle if the item out of stock ?


We try our best to have all items we list and since all items are continually listed, occasionally, due to high demand or human error we may be temporarily out of stock.  If this occurs, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the part to be back in stock (usually 3-10 days), product exchange or a full refund.


Is there a 30 days money back guarantee ?

It's our goal to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products (you just don't like it or it is not what you expected), you can ship back the item in the 100% original brand new condition for the refund of the ITEM PRICE only. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Item must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days upon the item delivered date. "FREE SHIPPING" item will be charged 20% of item price for restocking fee. Item must has their original packaging, no signs of being installed or mounted, used, cut wires or scratches. Item must be original saleable condition (which is determined solely by GT_RACERS). Fees may apply if item is determined as not original condition.

Is there any product warranty ?

Basically, all auction items are sold "as is". However, we are willing to provide our customer a limited 60 days warranty. That's the reason why you need to buy from us. Warranty is for EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 60 days limited warranty against manufacturers defects including bulbs, LED outage, and water leak. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged or improper use in any way. Customers must pay for both way shipping for product exchange.


Why & What happen if the buyer send us a Email when he/she has a problem & didn't get our reply ?

We will only answer email during office hours ( Mon-Fri 11:00am - 6:00pm PST ) except holiday. All emails will be replied in the order it was received the following business day. However, we did receive some customers complain that they have not received our emails. Mostly because our reply emails get into the SPAM/JUNK mail box. So please check those mail folder also or use the "contact seller" on your auction page to contact us directly.
