SHIPPING REGULATIONS:
- Please note that all shipping fees includes a handling fee. Shipping fee is not negotiable.
- Orders with insufficient payments will be placed on hold until buyers complete the full amount.
- All orders will be processed within 2 business days when the full payment is received.
- Incomplete shipping address will also be delayed until it is verified by the buyers.
- All Domestic damaged/lost/stolen packages with insurance requires a 1-2 weeks claiming period.

All Canada buyers are responsible for any required additional/duty/custom/brokerage fees (NOT REFUNDABLE) upon arriving the country, we strongly recommend you do a little research first before purchasing this items.
Canada buyers cannot select PO BOX as a shipping method.
Please note all International shipping usually takes longer than Domestic shipping to arrive at desired destination.
REFUND/EXCHANGE REGULATIONS:

- We sell our products as advertised. Pictures other than the actual product is only for reference.
- Since no installation guide is included, we strongly recommend you seek for professional's advice.
- We examine all of our products before packaging, if a damage problem occurs (including the interior/exterior damage of the package is regarded as shipping damage) , please report to R1-Creation instantly.
- Defective items must be reported within 30 days, starting from the delivered date shown on UPS/USPS website. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 30 days deadline (WARRANTY NOT INCLUDED).
- All approved returning packages for a refund/exchange must be in perfect condition meaning, but not limited to, no signs of attempt installation, not customized, not painted, not scratched. All buyers must be responsible for confirming the fitment accuracy and application before installation.
- Non-approved returned packages will receive item price refund only..
- All accidental/unintentional/wrong bids are subject to a 20% restocking fee on item price only (NO EXCEPTIONS)

RETURN POLICY:
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by Return Department.
