When your item ships, usually within 1-3 business days from the time the paypal payment, which has complete and proper shipping info.

 Our Fedex computer automatically emails a tracking number to your paypal email address.  If you did not get tracking it is probably because your spam filter deleted it.

If you do not have your item with in 7 business days from the time of payment PLEASE EMAIL ME or call the customer service number and we will track the item for you.

Ebay has changed the Thank you! process.  The detailed Thank you! is VERY important to the seller.  If you feel that there is ANY reason to leave us LESS than an awesome on detailed Thank you!, please message me first and let’s see if we can do anything to make up for it.

The paypal payments go right to our shipping department for processing and sending your shipping address through ebay will not get the shipping info to the correct department.

We ship all items Fedex ground unless they are large and then will ship Conway or FedEx truck freight. Fedex picks up here daily. Please don't ask me to drive 5 miles to the post office.
