There is usually a 20% re-stocking fee for any return which is not within the stated return/exchange policy. All returns/exchange requests must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before the merchandise is returned.

Shipping: We will process your order as soon as your cleared payment is received and usually ship out either on the same day or the next business day (we do not ship on Sundays or on any other national holiday). We generally use the United States Postal Services (USPS) Priority Mail or Express Mail, unless stated otherwise.
