While our product is generally received on forums as an excellent product and at a great price we do not get a excellent rating on the time it takes for delivery. We feel our customers are not reading and understanding the shipping options that are given below under "shipping", it is our Economy Shipping that is missunderstood; we would like to keep this as an option as it is one of the cheapest shipping options available, but! the downside to this is that there is NO TRACKING NUMBER and NO EXACT date for arrival, i.e. on average 12-14 days for delivery. Most customers will take this option if they are not in a hurry. This is where we pay the penalty of slow shipping even though we advertise the fact.

Our optional shipping (6 day) delivery comes with Track and Trace and should be the prefered method for anybody wanting their item quickly.

We are hoping with this understood, we can expect fairer FEEDBACK on our shipping times when positive feedback is given.

Hyperpak is designed for universal mounting, as a direct replacement product.

Hyperpaks offer greater reliability than the OEM product while supplying much improved bottom to high end performance, due to a more efficient timing curve and improved dwell time resulting in more spark energy, this also alows the use of aftermaket HT Coils. The Hyperpak will run on both standard and modified engines without having to touch jetting or change HT Coils.

The Hyperpak Brand is a product of Electronic Research & Development (ER&D) which is a New Zealand Company who have been supplying ignitions to the Marine, Automotive and Motorcycle industry in Australasia for over 40 years.

Suits	1982-1987 FJ/XJ 400, 550, 650, 750, 900, 1100 Bikes. Some models extended beyond the stated years so please check with us if you have a model beyond 1987.
Important	When purchasing the Hyperpak that you clearly state the year and model of your bike so that we ensure the correct Hyperpak is dispatched to you. For example bike is a 1985 XJ750, Ignitor model TID14-21.
Payment	All purchases are to be settled within 3 days of purchase, or we reserve right to cancel order and re-sell. We are not responsible for any customs fee, VAT or other taxes incurred.
Shipping	All outside of the USA shipping = please email us for exact costing. Items are dispatched on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Shipping is via the NZ Postal Service and is shipped between 2-3 working days after full payment has been received. Shipping will take between 10-12 days for delivery. The cost for this method of shipping (Economy Shipping) is a flat rate of US$16.00 to the USA NO TRACK AND TRACE available on this method. Items are sent via letter airmail under 500g status. Optional shipping is via International Courier, a flat rate of US$35.0 to the USA and FULLTRACK AND TRACE is available using this method. Delivery is 6 days.
Returns Policy	We are responsible for item damage prior to receipt of your item. Please contact us within 30 days and send a photo of the damaged item for our insurance purposes. We need to receive and inspect the item before a refund or exchange can be authorized. The return shipping fee will be paid for by the Buyer. We do not refund shipping charges.
Warranty	All units are covered by a 12 month no quibble, return to base warranty. Please contact us via email before returning the faulty unit. In many cases, suspected faults are not within the Hyperpak, but due to issues with other parts of your electrical system (wiring, stator etc). Contacting us before returning your suspected faulty unit will save you time and money, and get you back out on the trail faster.
