RETURN/DAMAGE/CANCELLATION/SATISFACTION POLICY
Return Policy : If an item is received incorrectly and you want to return a portion or all of your order, we ask that you contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days to let them know about an exchange, refund, or credit transaction can be arranged to your satisfaction. All return merchandise must be authorize and assign with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER(R.A.N.) from our support help. Merchandise return without R.A.N will not be accepted. Please write the R.A.N clearly insdie and outside of the package along with your name please attach a written explanation and your contact phone number with the return package. The R.A.N does not imply replacement or refund, but only to inspect the merchandise base on your claim after its return. Please also included a copy of your invoice/packing slip showing the order number or item number. Its the responsibility of the customer to repack the items for the return. Damage Policy : Items that leave our facility are in perfect condition and packaged carefully to reduce damages during transit. If you received the item damaged or missing parts, we can help you file a damage claim for the shipping damages. During a damage claim, we will get another set of the same item sent to you while we continue with the claim. Damages or missing items must be reported within 21 days of the delivery date or a claim cannot be filed.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellation of order is available, but must be notified before the item is shipped out. 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all unauthorized returns.
