There is a 1 year warranty on this part from OBX. However, being an electrical item, this part is non refundable after item has shipped (no exceptions what so ever); a new replacement will provided upon inspection by OBX if there is indeed a defect with the sensor. Warranty is void if part is being used with high octane / race fuel, leaded fuel, or e85 type fuel
