All items returned must be accompanied by an RA# (Return Authorization Number). You can obtain an RA# by contacting us prior to returning any product back to us. RA# must be written on the outside of the box for identification purposes. Items must be returned unused in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of product cost to the original terms on the invoice. You must also include a copy of your eBay or PayPal payment receipt. Shipping and/or handling charges will not be refunded to the customer.

Returns shipped COD to Corvette Depot WILL NOT be accepted.

Exchanges:
At this time we DO NOT have an exchange program. All returns will be for credit only back to the original payment method. You will have to reorder what you need separately.

All orders will ship via USPS or UPS ground. Note: We ship M-F only. We are closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays.

Important: When ordering multiple items from our storefront please use eBay’s shopping cart checkout feature for combined shipping with one payment.

International Shipping:
If you decide to order, your shipment will be given the same priority as our domestic customers. Your order will ship in one to two business days and tracking will be provided via eBay/PayPal. International shipments must clear a number of hurdles before delivery to your door or postal office. Once your package leaves our warehouse we cannot control the length of time it may take for your package to arrive, therefore we ask that you wait a minimum of 30 days before contacting us about your shipment. Please DO NOT e-mail us asking where your package is prior to this timeframe. All threatening and/or unreasonable emails in regards to your order/package whereabouts will be turned over to eBay for assessment.

DO NOT ask us to change the declared value of goods or mark items as "Gift". Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and any taxes implemented by customs. Please make yourself aware of your government's taxes, duties, customs fees and importing rules BEFORE you place your order. If you do not want to pay these extra fees then DON'T PURCHASE.

Shipping Damage:
If there appears to be any external damage, i.e. crushed or dented side or corner, any tears or holes in package, immediately inspect contents of package for damage. If damage is found contact us and not the carrier. Do not destroy the package or box that the item shipped in. Please save it for return to us by requesting an RA# (Return Authorization Number).

Refused/Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipping and Handling charges on refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We will credit you back for the product only on all refused/unclaimed packages that are returned back to us.
