Shipping Details

Orders received by 2pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday are normally processed that day. 

Most items we sell are shipped from our main warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio.  We do ship items directly from our other warehouses which are located throughout the United States.  In some cases your items may arrive in separate shipments, don't be alarmed if only part of your order arrives, the others will arrive shortly. 

We ship items via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. 

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico is additional, please inquire for pricing.

We normally ship within 1-2 business days.  We will notify you via email if your order will take more than 2 days to ship.  Some items we sell are custom and may require additional time to complete. 

We will ship international, please contact us for a shipping quote.  Be sure to include your full address for the quickest service.

Once you commit to buy one of our items you are entering into a legally binding contract.  Please make sure you are 100% ready to buy prior to committing to buy. 

All items we sell are new, unless otherwise noted.  We do occasionally sell used items we remove from vehicles we work on.  In that case, the item or items will be listed as used. 

We do accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.  All items must be new, not installed, in original packaging and include all original paperwork, installation parts and hardware. 

*Be sure to contact us prior to returning any items, items without prior approval will be returned to the sender.*
