All tires for sale are USED, unless indicated otherwise. Tire is new only if it is stated in the description as "BRAND NEW" or "NEW". All tires are checked with air and visually. Every tire is checked with air and visually before listed for sale, and double checked with air and visually before packed or shipped. Please note tire(s) checked second time after purchase is made, if a damage is discovered, then we DO NOT ship out damaged tire(s), instead we contact a buyer, within 24 hours, via email and/or phone. All tires are guaranteed to be visually and air checked before listed and rechecked visually and with air after payment is processed. Our goal is to provide high quality tires to our customers.

Please note: We do not guarantee white wall or white letters. We only guarantee one sidewall to be black.

We do not accept payments from accounts based outside of the United States.  Payments must be made from domestic (U.S) accounts.

Professional repairs are safe to drive on and are not noticeable. All repaired tires are carefully checked with air and guaranteed to last. Our goal is to provide high quality tires to our customers.

Return Policy

Please take your time to read our Return Policy carefully.

VYC Tires, Inc. does not carry any liability or provide any warranty on NEW and USED TIRES. The tires sold on this auction are sold in an "AS IS" condition. VYC Tires, Inc. personnel have made a brief inspection, visual and air test, to determine remaining tread depth and any visually apparent damages. All tires are checked with air for any visually apparent damage. VYC Tires, Inc.  does not know the history or use of these tire(s). VYC Tires, Inc. does not accept any liability on NEW and USED TIRES. Tire(s) can be returned back for a refund or replacement within 14 days.  To return tire(s) for replacement or refund: first buyer must contact to inform us of intent to return, second buyer must return tire(s) back to our location at buyer's expense. Buyers pay all shipping related costs, including shipping tire(s) to and from our location. It is buyer's choice to either receive a refund or replacement tire(s). Refund/Replacement will not be issued if tires had been driven on by a buyer. Refund/Replacement will not be issued if buyer contacted after 14 days period is over, buyer must contact within 14 days. Every returned tire must have VYC logo. After tire(s) returned refund or replacement will be issued. Shipping charges are not refundable. Restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned orders. SOME of our tires have been professionally repaired (safe spots only, this means no sidewall repairs).  We do everything possible to provide tires you desire, while making it easy and pleasant. Price Match Policy

VYC Tires will price match and provide additional 10% discount.

VYC Tires Inc will match the price on similar tire(s) at another major eBay tire seller. Just let us know about the price difference prior to making the purchase.

All of our USED TIRES are eligible for price match with all major eBay tire sellers. We only price match with qualified eBay sellers.  Only sellers that currently have over 1000 items (tires) listed on eBay, are considered qualified eBay sellers. We only price match USED TIRES, new tires are not eligible for price match policy. We only price match comparable tires. To be eligible tire(s) must be the same size, the same brand, the same model, and similar quality (tread life remaining). If a seller is qualified and a tire(s) is eligible for price match, then our price will be lowered to match qualified eBay seller's lower price, plus we will provide additional 10% off of the other seller's lower price.
