  • You will be required to make payment at our facility at the time of pick up. We will provide a secure computer on which you can make your instant payment directly to our Paypal account, or, you can make your payment via credit or debit card only. Sorry we are unable to accept cash. Your total will be the final sale price of the item, local sales tax, and a minimal $2 handling fee per item.
  • Pickup hours: Monday-Wednesday 8:00am – 4:00pm, Thursday 8:00am – 2:00pm, & Friday 8:00am – 5:45pm.

After you Win:

  1. Schedule the shipment by using the same process you used to get your quote, but go ahead and actually select "Schedule My Shipment".
  2. Make sure to fill out that form completely.
  3. Pickup at a local Freight dock is available and recommended.
  4. We will then verify your order and contact you via email to inform you when your total is available for you to checkout.
  5. Once your order has been paid for in full, your item(s) will be picked up and delivered to your specifications.
  6. Shipments are scheduled Monday thru Friday.

All shipments will be booked by Cargo Largo.

  • Cargo Largo requires payment within four (4) days.  (Please note that this is real-time, beginning when the auction ends. If payment has not been received by the fourth (4th) day after auction’s end,  then the buyer will then have two (2) additional days to make payment.  If payment has still not been received by the sixth (6th) day after the end of auction, Cargo Largo will relist the item.

RESIDENTS OF MISSOURI, OR ANY BUYER WHO PICKS THEIR ITEM UP LOCALLY IS REQUIRED TO PAY SALES TAX ON ALL ITEMS.  PLEASE NOTE THAT TAXES APPLY TO THE ENTIRE SUBTOTAL (INCLUDING SHIPPING OR HANDLING.) Thank you.

Please note that we are not an authorized dealer of this product and any warranty included with the product may not be honored by the manufacturer.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us and offer us the opportunity to correct the situation.

 If you believe that the item you purchased from us does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss return and refund options.  In order to initiate the refund process, buyer must contact us within 14 days of receipt of item.  All returns will require a return authorization. Please note that we will always pay return shipping when a buyer wishes to return an item due to our error.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a discrepancy in item description or damage during transit, we will accept a return on MOST items, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to the buyer. This applies to both the item and any retail packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges, and will be required to complete a “Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction” through eBay. Seller will initiate this transaction and refund the buyer once buyer has returned the item AND agreed to the mutual cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item marked “AS IS” for any reason other than a grievous error in the listing. Please bid accordingly on all items listed “AS IS.”
