All Browning Auto Parts online sales are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase and would like to return it within the 30 day period, please contact us. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. To return an item you must contact us via phone or email within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number. No written letters please. If a part is returned to us without explanation or an RMA number written on the box, it will be shipped back to you. The part must be returned to Browning Auto Parts within the 30 day period to receive your refund. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not covered by Browning at any time.

Browning Auto Parts Online Limited Warranty

All Browning Auto Parts online sales are sold 'AS-IS' without warranty unless specifically stated in the listing description. When a listing states that there is a warranty, Browning Auto Parts will offer a 90-day Limited Warranty (refer to specific listing descriptions for the warranty duration of each individual item). The warranty period starts when you take possession of the part. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period, Browning Auto Parts will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part price, at our option.

Remember that any Part that is installed improperly Voids all Warranties.



To make a warranty claim, you must contact Browning Auto Parts before the end of the warranty period at  1-800-338-5191 or (512) 385-3461 with the listing and/or invoice number to obtain an RMA number. See Below for details on what is covered by the warranty.

All Warranted Parts Must be returned to Browning Auto Parts at our discretion before any Replacement or Refund is given. The Buyer is Responsible for All shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to Browning Auto Parts

Electrical parts are sent in a sealed clear inspection bag. Please inspect the part before opening. If the bag is unopened you may return the part per our normal return parts policy. If the bag is opened, the part may still be returned for a 25% service fee. If the item is defective upon installation we will provide a replacement of the defective part or a Refund of the purchase cost. Warranty void on overheated, burned or overloaded parts.

In the case of a part being ordered wrong by the customer there will be an automatic 25% restocking fee when returned to the seller for a refund. .



AC Compressor Warranty:

 Because we have no control over how or where the buyer installs an AC Compressor, there is no warranty on the item unless the unit is installed by a professional technician. If installation is done by a professional technician and buyer provides proof of work done, Browning Auto Parts will warranty the AC Compressor for 90 days from the ship date. In order for the warranty to be valid, you must also replace the Accumulator/Drier and Orifice tube or filter when replacing the AC Compressor. The system must also be flushed prior to installation and Vacuum Checked for leaks after installation.

Engine Warranty:

 There is no warranty on gaskets, seals, or electronics causing engine failure. Engine/Motor warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are "Accessories and Extra Parts." No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as Switches, Sensors, Cables, Electronics, Belts, Hoses, Water Pumps, AC Compressors, Alternators, Starters, and Manifolds.

Transmission Warranty:

 There is no warranty on gaskets, seals, or electronics causing transmission failure. A transmission must have new filters installed and be serviced to factory specification, the same as if it were a new unit. Proof of proper installation will be requested if there is a transmission failure. Failure to properly service, flush and flow test the system on your vehicle will void your warranty. Please follow the current procedures specified by the OEM installer.

Fluids:

 All fluids are drained from all parts in order to comply with current environmental regulations. Service all parts to factory specifications. Unless otherwise noted on the front of the invoice or on the part, the part has no fluid in it and must be serviced as if it were a new part.

Cores:

 All items requiring a Core charge will be clearly noted in the description of the item and on the invoice you will receive. The core must be returned at the buyer’s expense to Browning Auto Parts. All cores must be rebuild able, sealed and drained of fluids when returned in order to receive your core charge back.

Other Product Information:

 The year and model of the vehicle or part listed on a listing is within a range of interchangeability and may not necessarily be the exact model and year as the part or vehicle that has been provided. If a listing’s terms state the years/makes/models or other applications for a part, those are the only years/makes/models or other applications that we guarantee that the part will fit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and determine whether the listing item(s) will fit on other vehicles or work in other applications. We CANNOT tell you if a part will fit any other year/make/model or application. Parts may have attached accessories that must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is the responsibility of the installer. Such accessories have been included to aid in the convenience of installation and are not covered by our warranty.

Warranty Limitations:

 The buyer hereby acknowledges that due to the nature of used auto parts, any liability of Browning Auto Parts from all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the goods sold or provided. If a part sold by Browning Auto Parts with a warranty fails to operate during the warranty period, liability shall be limited to the replacement of the part or a remedy not to exceed the price paid for the part, at Browning Auto Parts option. Browning Auto Parts will not pay Towing charges, Lodging, Loss due to down time, any truck or car rental fees or inconvenience.
All warranties are null and void if: • The vehicle is converted from a private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is used for racing or other competition or off-road recreational purposes. • Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications. • Failure is caused by using the part for any use other than what was intended or recommended by the manufacturer. • The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision. • The part is installed or operated outside the United States. • The installed heat tab center is melted or removed. • The part is sold "As Is" as indicated on the front of invoice or in a listing’s terms. • The part is improperly installed on the vehicle.

Labor and installation:

We are not responsible for injury or damage during or as a result of the installation of our parts. Timing belts, thermostats, spark plugs, fluids and seals are routine maintenance items and should be replaced at the time of installation. Any "Recommended Installation Procedures" provided by Browning Auto Parts must be followed by the installer to maintain warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover freight costs or similar charges.

Making a Warranty Claim:

 If your part does not operate correctly during the 90-day warranty period after you have exhausted all possibilities with your professional installer, then you must contact Browning Auto Parts by eBay messages or by telephone at 1-800-338-5191 or (512) 385-3461 You must include the listing and/or order number. 

    You must use all reasonable means to protect the part from further damage.  Browning Auto parts must authorize all returns before they are sent to us. • You must receive a RMA to ship the original part back to us. • You must furnish us with such information as we may reasonably require: o Digital photo showing proof of damage o Proof of your vehicle's vehicle identification number (VIN) o Regular maintenance during the warranty period as recommended by the manufacturer in the Owner's Manual.

• We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to refund or replacement. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Shipping Claims:

 You must inspect your purchased item(s) when you receive them and immediately notify Browning Auto Parts by ebay messages or by phone at 1-800-338-5191 or (512) 385-3461 if the item(s) were damaged at the time you received them. All damage claims must be made within three days of receipt. You must retain all packing materials and shipping documents so we can investigate the cause of the damage.

By submitting a bid to purchase a part from us or accepting delivery of a part purchased from us, the buyer accepts and agrees to all of the terms above.

Shipping

Items processed normally will leave with UPS Ground or USPS. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when available. We reserve the right to use any carrier we choose when shipping. UPS, USPS, and FREIGHT shipping is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping for returns and warranty issues.



Shipping Deadlines
We will strive to process every order within 24 hours of checkout, during Normal
business hours, sooner if possible.  WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.  Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F CST. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 3:00 CST. All freight items will go out the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon CST. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.

Ship To Locations

All of our listings with shipping amounts indicated in the listing are for destinations within the 48 US states only with UPS ground service. APO FPO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico and and other US Territories for an extra charge. Internationl shipments will be handled on a case by case basis.  In most listings, there will be a shipping calculator that you may click on to determine shipping rates to your destination. Items sold to International locations, APO FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. UPS may be used in unique situations only. We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states.

Freight shipping refunds and coverage is dealt with on a per case basis at the discretion of Browning Auto Parts.

The following terms apply when buying an engine, transmission or other oversized item from us. This does not apply to items being shipped VIA UPS or FEDEX. Please read these through carefully before you make your purchase.
• We will not ship any freight item outside of the 48 US states or International.
• Items are shipped to either a commercial address or a local terminal for pick up.

Commercial address: A commercially zoned area able to unload a freight item from a freight truck. Example would be the shop that's doing the work for you. A shop operating at a residence or farm is not considered commercial unless it is a commercial zoned area.

Local Terminal Pick Up: Terminal's are usually the local location of the carrier the item is being shipped with. Some carriers are also run from the nearby air port. The terminal will notify you when your shipment has been received and is ready for pick up. They will be able to load the item on your vehicle for you or have means to assist you in loading. Terminals range in distance from your location. We do our best to get them as close as possible but in some cases they may be a bit of a drive from you. For terminal pickups we suggest you call after making payment to ensure we get it to a terminal close by.

• All Commercial addresses must include a working phone # and name of business. If we do not have a business name your item WILL NOT be shipped.
• Shipping carrier is determined at the time of shipment.
• Residential Delivery is available for an extra charge. Please contact us before you purchase for an accurate freight quote.
• If a freight item is marked as a residential address your order will be held for more information. If we are not able to get in contact with you then the item will either be shipped to a terminal for pick up or will not be shipped.
• Customer pick up is available. Please contact us as soon as possible after the purchase to let us know when you will be picking the item up.
