How Long Will It Take For My Carpet To Arrive?
Carpets are Custom Made to Order.
Your carpet will ship 2-3 business days after your payment has been received.
It will then take 1-7 business days for your carpet to arrive, depending on where you're located.
Carpets ship directly from ACC in Alabama via FedEx.
What is the difference between 'PASSENGER AREA' and 'COMPLETE' carpet sets?
'PASSENGER AREA' carpet in CARS covers the entire front and rear seat floor area. Rear cargo / hatch area carpeting is NOT included.
In SUV's, only the front and second seat floor area carpeting is included. Anything behind that is considered the rear cargo area (even if you have 3rd row seats) and is NOT included.
In Vans, only the front seat floor area is included. Nothing behind the front seat area is included.
'COMPLETE' carpet means you will receive a complete carpet set, front to rear, including the entire passenger area plus the rear cargo area carpeting.

Payment is due within 10 days of the close of the auction.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover over the phone. Or you may pay with Visa or Mastercard through our secure checkout. We also accept Paypal. We do not accept checks of any kind, including Cashiers Checks. Any checks received will be returned.
Paypal customers: We strictly follow Paypal's Seller Protection Policy rules regarding shipping. If you pay with Paypal, we will ONLY ship to the shipping address displayed on the Transaction Details page. No exceptions, sorry. If your Paypal shipping address is a PO Box, we will refund your payment, since we cannot ship to a PO Box.
Paypal e-check payments: Paying via e-check through Paypal will typically delay shipping your item by 3-5 business days. If your account is 'unverified' with Paypal, Paypal will prevent you from paying with a credit card. In that case, your payment will take the form of an 'e-check', meaning that funds will be transferred directly from your bank to your Paypal account. This type of payment will appear as an 'uncleared' payment in Paypal. It typically takes 3-5 business days for this type of payment to clear through Paypal. We will ship to you as soon as your payment clears.
We ship to the continental 48 states ONLY.
We need a street address for shipping. FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Backorders/Shipping Delays: While we strive to maintain a sufficient quantity of items in stock at all time, occasionally we will stock-out on certain items, due to either greater-than-anticipated sales or a manufacturer backorder. In a case such as that, a delay may occur before shipping your item while we wait for supply to be replenished. If a delay of more than 7 business days is anticipated, we will notify you promptly, in which case you can either choose to wait or receive a refund.
Drop-Shipped Items/Pre-Sale Items: Drop-shipping allows us to ship faster and more efficiently, cut costs and pass the savings along to you in the form of reduced prices. Most large and/or heavy items in our auctions are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. To comply with eBay's requirements concerning drop-shipped items, please be aware that the item in this auction is a PRE-SALE ITEM and is guaranteed to be shipped to you no later than 14 business days from the date your payment is processed.
For your convenience we offer a conditional 60 day return policy on most items.

Please note that colors on your monitor WILL differ slightly from what they look like "in person".
If it is critical that you receive the correct color / shade, we strongly recommend you get samples first before ordering, as the carpet is NOT returnable if you don't like the color. Just email or call and give us your name, mailing address, and tell us which colors you would like samples of.
