OEM and many after-market parts come directly to our warehouse from the manufacturer.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Our warehouse inventory is shared with our website customers, our retail counter and all of our dealerships. So, in the event that we run out of a part and it needs to be ordered, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed, whether you would like a full refund or wait for the item to come into stock. In the case where a part or accessory is no longer available (discontinued) or is on back order, your payment will be refunded by the same means in which the item was purchased.

Shipping:                                                                                               

Domestic: We ship using USPS or UPS. Please specify if you have a preference not listed.

International: contact us for a quote. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. We do combine shipping of more than one item if it is possible. Returns and Warranty:

We accept returns for up to 30 days (when applicable) with previous approval from the Fred Beans Internet Sales Department.

We will not accept returns on items that have been altered or installed. (please see warranty claims below.)

This part is covered under the Original Factory Warranty. Please contact us directly for warranty claims.

All returns MUST be in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to items that are unsalable, not covered under warranty, or ordered in error.

CORE CHARGE (when applicable): Once we have received the core in the ORIGINAL box that you received the re-manufactured or new unit in we will return the core charge the same way you paid for the item. Cores must be returned and received by us within 14 days. Please return ship with confirmation and insurance to avoid complications or delays.
