RETURN POLICIES:
When you buy from Bike Shop Supply, you are covered by our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! If you receive an item with a factory defect, please report the issue to Bike Shop Supply within 14 days of your delivery date. You will be advised as to where to return the item. As soon as we receive & inspect the returned item, we will ship you a replacement or refund your purchase price (Buyers choice). All shipping charges are non refundable.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Bike Shop Supply, you can return item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Buyer is responsible for delivering the item to Bike Shop Supply in NEW, Unopened and Resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, manuals, etc. If you need to return an Item, please contact us for the proper return address.
Once the Returned item has been received by Bike Shop Supply and inspected, if you'd prefer an exchange, we will make arrangements to ship your new item(s). This exchange shipping is the Buyers responsibility. For refunds, you will be refunded the original purchase price less shipping costs incurred by Bike Shop Supply and a 20% re-stocking fee.
