Price: We directly work with manufacturers and cut the middle men to pass all the savings to to our customers!Our price may not be cheapest, buy if you are looking for quality in the parts you are buying, we are confident that our prices is very competitive. With us, you get the best bang for your bucks!

Payment

 
All payments must be received within 3 days of purchase, we will file unpaid dispute when the payment is past due on the 4th day.  If you change your mind or make a mistake about the transaction, please inform us asap, we can send "cancel transaction" request through ebay to officially cancel the transaction. 
 
Sales tax of 8.10% will be added to all orders shipped to Nevada addresses

Shipping

Shipping fee:
For some items, free shipping only applies for USA lower 48 states, please go to tab "shipping & payment" for your rate.
Item Location:
we currently have two warehouses in New York state and Nevada state. Please check item location on the upper right hand side "other item information".
Combine shipping: 
We do combine shipping for all items be purchased within 3 days. If you are buying multiple items from us, do NOT pay after each "buy it now", please pay after you "buy it now" for all the items you plan to buy, and then request total after your purchase.
(some item may not be able to combine with other items due to the size and shape, items in two different warehouses can't be combined)

International shipping:
International buyer, important information! please read:
Import duties, taxes and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.
please don't request us to mark down the product value or mark it as gift as it' s against Federal Law. All such requests will be ignored. Shipping fee might be added to the product value on the customs form for insurance purpose.

Term of sales:
All our products: including motorcycle mirrors, integrated mirror, handlebar, turn signals, headlight, taillights, clutch levers, foot pegs, etcs are aftermarket parts, not D.O.T approved (unless otherwise specified), they are solely for competition or off road use only. The seller and or the manufacturer are not liable for anything that may occur due to the use of this product. Including but not limited to: injury, damages, accidents, death, lawsuit or traffic tickets.
Buying and or use of this product constitutes that you have read and agree with all of these terms and conditions stated here.
In the case of damage or defective prodcuts, we reserve the rights to request the return of the original products.

Returns

Buyer must email us to obtain a return authorization and instruction, return is only allowed within 7 days of receipt of the package. Item must be in original packaging and unused condition in order to be qualified for return. Return shipping fee will be at the cost of the buyer, shipping fee is non-refundable.;For free shipping item, the actual shipping cost will be determined by the seller and deducted from the product price.
Refund will be issued at the same form of your payment.
When return, in order to speed up your refund process: please make sure to follow the guidelines:
 1.Please use same packing material (or equivalent packing material) to send the item back. If item has been used or altered, or damaged due to insufficient packing material, your return will be denied.  
2. please include original packing slip.
3.please email us to obtain the return address, don't return the item to the ship from address on your shipping label, it will cause delay process of your refund.
