Each and every tire is inspected for damage and measured to give the proper tread rating. Please note, all tires are re-checked visually and with air after the purchase and before shipping. If damage is discovered, then we DO NOT ship damaged tires, instead we contact the customer within 24 hours, via email and/or phone. Our goal is to provide high quality tires and outstanding service to our customers. Please understand there is never a reason to leave negative feedback. Negative feedback will not help! PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full within 7 days of purchase. For Local Pick-Up we accept cash, major credit cards or PayPal.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Tires are shipped out within 1 business day of receiving payment. All tires are shipped by FEDEX GROUND, and delivered within 1-6 days depending on location. Ohio Residence are required to pay 7.75% Ohio Sales Tax.

Customers from Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii please contact us for shipping charges prior to purchasing.

We WILL NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO.

RETURN POLICY

All salesare final 14 days after purchase.

A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned within 14 days of purchase and have not incurred material damage and are not missing components included in the original shipment.
