 International shipping:

We offer 2 choices for Worldwide International Shipping on our items. We ship international orders via USPS priority mail international, This can take 6-10 business days. USPS express mail international, This can take 3-5 days. Shipping costs for Both are clearly noted on the auction item page under the shipping tab. Please include a phone number on all international shipments.

Do I have to pay import tax/duty on the item? If so, how much?

For items that are shipped internationally from our United States office, you may be charged import tax/duty when you receive the item. This will be your responsibility to pay upon delivery, unless stated otherwise on the auction listing page. Unfortunately we are not able to estimate the amount of import tax/fees for specific goods as local customs’ decisions are beyond our control. Please be reassured we will do our utmost to legally minimize the tax for you.

The buyer must pay for all return shipping fees and these are non-refundable. EMS Global will replace the unit and will pay for the return shipping to the customer. EMS Global does not cover customs or duties charges on the replacement unit.
