Shipping
  • Flat rate shipping $300.00 to USA and Canada.This Does not include HI, PR, GU, AK, Virgin Islands or Maritimes Provinces
  • Shipping is offered only for Urban locations (Major Cities and locations only) Any Rural locations (Small towns and counties) will be extra or would require you to pick up at closest dock location.
  • Free Customs Clearance for USA Buyers! This means we clear the customs and pay the duties and taxes for you!
  • Shipping address can be either a business, residential, or pick up from the dock, we do not charge extra for residential delivery. If you are paying via Paypal we can only ship to your confirmed address (no exceptions
  • If you require a Lift gate for delivery please add $60

Returns
  • In the event of a warranty return please contact JDMSource for a RA (Return Authorization) Code
  • Ship warranty return with prepaid shipping back to JDMSource along with the RA on packaging. Any returns sent collect shipping will be refused
  • Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
  • Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the product to be repaired or an exchange to be sent to you.
Warranty
  • 30 DAY BLOCK AND HEAD WARRANTY (Details can be found on our website www.jdmsource.ca)
  • JDMSource DOES NOT cover shipping charges for any defective items (initial shipping charges are not refundable either)
  • JDMSource DOES NOT cover any LABOR (No exceptions)
  • It is always HIGHLY recommended to change all belts, water pump, and gaskets before install
  • JDMSource does not provide install instructions or fitment guides! Please do your research before purchasing as we are not responsible for your mistake
  • The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the the returned defective item in question. A 20% of the invoice amount for restocking fee will be applied to all returned/refused items. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product. You must have a RA number or Return Authorization number from JDMSource before you can return your product. Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package.
