Buyer pays all fees, which are based on zip code and weight. For items over 2 lbs., we recommend shipping via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we recommend shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Merchandise will ship within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. we will accommodate combined shipping. If you purchase multiple items from us, they will arrive in one package if we can get all your items in one package.  Please let us know you have won multiple items.  If you win items, and wish to combine, please let us know when you are finished for a combined invoice.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only if this item is found to be not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us at 715-424-4300 to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Do you end auctions early?  No, we do not end auctions early. All of our auctions will run the full duration, in fairness to the item's owner as well as current and potential bidders.

PAYMENT CHECK OUT

I purchased multiple items.  Can you combine my shipping?  YES we will combine shipping.  We will combine and reduce, but if you need a more specific cost, please email with those items and your zip.

I have not received an invoice for the item.  After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. You may also check out through your "my eBay" within your own account.

WINNING BIDDERS:

You will receive an e-mail from eBay after the auction you can pay with pay pal, or call directly with a credit card. Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using their credit card by calling us at 715-424-4300, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.
