30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE:
All eligible Defective Products may be returned/exchanged for the same model within 30 days from the original invoice date, buyer must contact us within 5 days upon product arrival. All Returns and Exchanges require prior authorization, please apply for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting us HERE.
DEFECTIVE ITEM:
Any item returned without authorization will be refused. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Please pack merchandise in its original packaging with UPC and Bar Codes intact and include all original contents and factory packed accessories. All defective products must be approved by our support team before we can process your return/exchange. Once approved what you claimed was accurate, we will greatly process your return/exchange.
We will also bear the cost of sending you another unit in exchange, if a product is defective or we made a mistake on the order by shipping the wrong item. We do our best to take care of customer and we do our best to be fair. In no events, we will accept a returns on wrong items purchased such as incompatibility and fitment.
In extreme cases, we might be willing to take a return but a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Any product without an RMA#, with missing or damaged original contents, products with false claims of damage or working condition, or products that are not properly packaged are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Excessive wear and tear or damaged packaging may increase these restocking fees.
ITEM DAMAGE IN SHIPPING:
While most shipments go smoothly, accidents do happen and some items may be lost or damaged during shipment. Buyers should open package immediately when item arrive, and contact us right away if there is any problme. We will then file the insurance claim and process another shipment to replace the broken unit immediately.
Buyers are responsible for any shipping cost of a return of a product first, until the products that we verify to be defective, then we will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses, all damage item return must be shipped via ground shipment only.
