Item Policy:
All sales come with 30-day no reason return unless advertised differently and lifetime limited warranty (Please read through our warranty page for the detail.) If the item you have ordered is defective, does not fit or unsatisfied quality, please contact us. We will replace the problem item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. In the event a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a check (the refund amount will not include all of the insurance, transaction, shipping or any installation fee). Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
Return Procedures:
Before you are willing to return your item request exchange or refund, please email us and provide completed information. It will help us follow your case and send out the correct replacement immediately. Secondly, read all of our return policy carefully. The return policy has already noticed on both auction page and our policy page. All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. All return item must be returned and arrived within 7 days after RMA number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused.
