- Please inspect your package upon arrival. All returns must be reported within 14 days of the date the package was delivered.
- In the event of returning an item, buyer must email us for an RMA number before returning the item. No claims will be honored without a correct RMA number on the return package.
- Please contact us immediately if a product is defective upon arrival. We will assist buyer with return procedure. To exchange a defective item, we will cover all shipping charges. For refund, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- If an incorrect item was received, please email us a digital picture for verification of the problem. We will give buyer instructions for exchanging the correct item after picture verification.

If buyer purchased the wrong item by mistake or just simply changing his mind and would like to return the item for refund, buyer can only receive a partial refund.
