The CRUX RVCCH-75 is a multi-function Rear-vision integration kit with interface for select Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep vehicles. It enables the activation of Video features in MYGIG Radios and also provides an additional Audio/Video input. The unit seamlessly integrates with the factory installed Navigation system & includes all components needed for utilizing the multiple visual facets that may be activated within the OEM radio.

Authorized Usage/Limitations: This product should only be used while vehicle is stationary or when displaying fixed menus or for viewing rear-vision camera video when the vehicle is moving.

If payment is cleared before 3 PM PST, most orders will ship out that same day.

We ship worldwide. The price for shipping can be found in the checkout page. We ship via USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS. We do offer one day shipping. If this is not offered in the checkout, please call us at 1-800-983-3152 to place the order.

Items with "Free Shipping" are only shipped within the US. Combined shipping is available, please message us right after completing your order if you would like to combine the shipping and get a refund for the difference.

We insure all of our shipments and will replace and lost or damaged items.All orders will be shipped with a printed invoice. We can not ship orders without the invoice or a lower value invoice for insurance purposes.

Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer will not be credited for shipping charges if returned. We will re-ship the package for you at an additional shipping charge. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before making submitting your order.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, & Discover. If you do not have a PayPal account, please give us a call and we can arrange payment using a credit card over the phone.

In an effort to comply with our Authorized Dealer contracts with the manufacturers and to best control our inventory levels, we reserve the right to limit quantities or to cancel orders in the event that a product is discontinued or out of stock.

Please include a phone number with your order information as it may be required by our shipping company.

We prefer to ship to a confirmed PayPal address and whether confirmed or not, we may still contact you for additional verification to prevent a lost shipment and any frustration on your end.

For shipments to California, we are required by law to collect California state sales tax of 7.25%.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of recipt of your order. Returned or exchanged products must be in a brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging.

Please contact us in the event that you need to return your order. If the order is faulty or not working, we will troubleshoot the problem and determine if an exchange is in order. DO NOT ship your item back without contacting us first. If an item is sent back without a RMA# it will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the shipping charge to send the item a second time. We are very 'hand-on' with our eBay store and communicate with our customers as quickly as possible, we will reply to all messages usually in less than 12 hours.

Once your order has been approved for an exchange, you will be sent a seperate email with an RMA# and all the instructions on how to return the item. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are not refundable. In the even an exchange is needed, we will cover the shipping charge on the replacement item.
