SHIPPING TIMES AND METHODS: Most items will ship within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment, some items have an extended handling time and it will be noted in the eBay shipping and payments section of the eBay listing. Please take into consideration weekends and holidays when estimating shipping time. You will be notified via eBay® Messages when your item ships and a tracking number will be available via the eBay® sales record.

• Domestic Shipping: We ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Select and FedEx. Items with Free Shipping will ship the most economical shipping method available. We reserve the right to switch shipping methods. If you list a PO Box in your shipping address, please also list a physical address to prevent delays.

• International Shipping: We ship via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail International Only. Please note, we offer USPS First Class Mail as a money saving option for our customers. This option DOES NOT guarantee shipping transit times or tracking updates. You will receive a tracking number, but it may or may not show the package progress until delivery. This option can also take upwards of 30 days to reach some locations and is dependent on how fast customs processes the order. We have no control over the transit times. If you are looking to receive your product within 6 to 10 days, we strongly recommend USPS Priority Mail International which includes a tracking number that updates at every location and usually arrives within 6 to 10 business days from the time it ships from our store.

PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and other charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country/location. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS / RETURNS: Please contact us immediately via eBay® Messages or by calling 715.690.2626 to address any Shipping Damage or Returns. The manufactures we represent carry individual warranties on their products. We stand behind these products and will work with you to overcome any issue. Before returning items, returns must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from us. The RMA number must be on the outside of the package when it is returned.

· Returns must be made within 14 days of item receipt.

· A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returns. Original shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. Open items that are damaged and deemed unsellable due to customer handling will not be refunded.

· Customer is responsible for shipping costs on the exchange item.

· Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Reimbursement for return shipping costs will be credited to the buyer for defective items returned within 7 days and shipping mistakes only. A replacement for a defective item will be sent out after the original item is returned and examined. Return shipping costs cannot exceed the original shipping costs.
