Items are shipped within 72 hours once a payment has cleared Paypal, not including weekends or holidays,

Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of items in the continental United States.

Allow 4-30 business days for delivery of International shipments.

We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.

COMBINED SHIPPING

- We use UPS Ground and USPS First Class (if available) and Priority Mail only for all domestic shipments in the lower 48 states. (We no longer ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam because problems with eBay's shipping calculator for these areas)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
|
- We use only USPS Priority and Express Service when shipping parcels to anywhere other than the USA.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Please do not ask us to falsify shipping documents, it is a federal crime.
- Any item purchased from us is shipped as merchandise with a commercial invoice from eBay.
- The receiver of the parcel is fully responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees assessed by Customs and/or USPS as a result of importing the parcel into the country
- Seismic Cycles will not be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees on any international shipments.
- Refunds will not be given on refused/undeliverable international shipment for any reason. No exceptions!

RETURN POLICY

- You must notify us in advance of all returns for authorization.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item.
- All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping costs
- ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN UNUSED CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- FULL GRAPHICS KITS MUST BE RETURNED. IF YOU HAVE APPLIED ONE GRAPHIC OF A KIT, PLEASE DO NOT RETURN IT..
- CLOTHING AND BOOTS CANNOT HAVE BEEN WORN, AND MUST HAVE ALL ORIGINAL LABELS STILL ATTACHED
- All returns are inspected before issuing a refund.
