Terms of Sale:

• A bid is a legally binding contract. Non paying bidders are pursued to the fullest extent and may be subject to collection and legal costs. By bidding in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to Bay's terms of service as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here.
• Payment is due within 7 days of the auction/sale close in form of payment type specified on the listing, i.e. PayPal. On items offered for international sale, international bidders must pay with PayPal. Payment must be received in full and cleared before the item ships or is picked up.
• There is no guarantee offered on items. Unless otherwise specified, all items are sold as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied so please ask all questions BEFORE bidding and please bid accordingly. All sales final.
• We will cancel bids from buyers who have excessively left negative feedback for sellers.
• For consigned items, we are acting on behalf of the seller and WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE LISTING.

Shipping Policy:

• We do combine shipping on multiple purchases when it is feasible to do so. Some items may not qualify (wheels/tires, body panels, large or fragile parts, etc.). If you buy more than one item we will send you an invoice with your total within 24 hours. If you pay for multiple items before you receive an invoice we cannot provide a shipping discount.
• Items are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Once shipped, the carrier's transit time will apply.
• Shipping notification emails with tracking information are sent to the buyer's registered email address when the item is shipped. If you do not receive the email, make sure your registered email address is up to date or check your spam filter as automated email is sometimes blocked. 
• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer regardless of the circumstances.
• If shipping is offered, calculated and/or Flat-Rate services are provided on the listing. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. UPS calculated shipments are managed with the UPS calculator as eBay does not provide a shipping calculator.
• Insurance is required for all shipments and is included in the shipping cost. Insurance is mandatory because eBay holds the seller responsible for the actions of the shipping carriers (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc) of which the seller has no control.
• We do not profit from shipping charges. All shipping calculations are taken directly from www.usps.com and/or www.fedex.com and are based on weight and dimensions of the package.
• Your address must include a real, full name or business name. We will not ship to a first or last name only (first initial and last name is OK) nor to an email address used as a name.
• Your eBay and PayPal registed addresses should match. Regardless, USPS shipments will be shipped to your registered PayPal name and address. FedEx shipments will ship to your registered eBay name and address. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. For USPS shipments, your address MUST be a valid USPS-compliant address. If not, we will attempt to correct it based on the ZIP code. If this is not possible, you will be contacted and your shipment will be held until you provide a corrected address.

Feedback Policy:

• Due to eBay's skewed feedback policies, sellers have been forced out of the feedback system. If you have a problem or issue with your item or shipment, please give us a chance to rectify the issue by contacting us BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback. If you leave neutral or negative feedback without hesitation or qualification before giving us the opportunity to rectify the issue according to the terms of sale, we will consider the issue closed and will not assist in solving the problem.
• Upon receiving positive feedback from the buyer, we will consider the item delivered, the buyer satisfied, and the transaction complete at which time we will leave positive feedback accordingly.
• Due to the high volume of transactions, we designate certain times to review and leave feedback in bulk.
