Most of the parts we sell are Original Equipment (OEM), in other words, the
exact part that was placed on your vehicle when it was built. These parts are the
BEST available for your vehicle and have been tested to meet every standard the
manufacturer has set forth.
We offer the same parts at a fraction of what other sellers charge due to how
we buy and sell. We buy large quantities of auto parts (by the trailer load) and
without warranty. The manufacturer is willing to discount these parts because of
size of the purchase and the fact they will not ever have to replace the part.

Source One Auto Parts will ship anywhere in the United States and to most
international countries. All items are shipped via UPS, USPS or Freight. Local
pickup is also available upon request.
UPS SHIPPING
Most items will be shipped the same business day upon receipt of payment if
payment is received by 2:00pm EST. If payment is received after 2:00pm EST, items
will be shipped the following business day. Shipping times vary by location. If
selecting UPS Standard to Canada, please be aware that additional brokerage fees
may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases brokerage fees
on packages to Canada can be avoided by selecting USPS Priority or Express Mail
International, but taxes and duties may still apply depending upon the item(s)
purchased.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please include a physical address for all UPS
orders.
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and dimensions. We do not
include any materials or handling charges in shipping costs, so your cost will be
what our cost is. The shipping calculator within each listing is based upon actual
size and weight of the package for the specific item(s). The rates are calculated
upon the commercial rates we get charged by UPS, not the higher retail rates that
get charged for not having a daily pickup, so our discounted rates get passed

USPS SHIPPING
Most items will ship the following business day upon receipt of payment if
payment is received by 4:30pm EST. Shipping times vary by location.
Shipping rates are determined based on package content, size, and shape, the
distance it is traveling, and the number of packages. Rates are calculated based
upon the online discounted USPS pricing. We do not add on any sort of materials or
handling charges, so your cost will be only what we get charged. To learn more

ALASKA, HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO
We are happy to ship to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Our
free shipping option(s) will apply to most of the smaller & lighter parts we have
for sale. Larger and heavier items will most likely incur additional shipping
charges when being delivered to these locations. If your order will be shipping to
one of these locations, please request a shipping estimate prior to completing
your purchase..
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Most freight items are shipped the following business day upon receipt of
payment, but depend on the availability of the freight carrier. Freight quotes are
calculated based on the content and weight of the shipment and how far it is
traveling. It is least expensive to ship to a commercial business address, so that
is the preferred shipping method to keep total costs as low as possible. The
freight carriers charge more for residential deliveries or for additional services
such as lift gate. The freight carrier chosen will be selected first by lowest
price, then by shortest delivery time. We do not add any sort of materials or
handling charges and do not mark up the cost over what we get charged, so freight
shipping costs you only what it costs us.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available upon request. Items will be available for pickup
during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
EST. Please contact us to set up an appointment for local pickup. Michigan sales
tax will apply to orders that are paid for upon pickup.
COMBINED SHIPPING
Combined shipping is calculated based upon total weight of all items paid for
in the same transaction. When buying multiple items please do not proceed to
checkout until you have committed to buy all the items you wish to have combined,
otherwise the shipping calculator will not recognize them as the same order and
will charge shipping for each separate transaction. If you have any trouble with
getting the items to combine properly, or the shipping charges seem inaccurate,
please contact us before making payment so we can insure the correct shipping
total is charged.
We combine shipping on all items that will fit within the size and weight
limitations of the shipping service offered for those items. Any items that
are too heavy or would be oversized when combined will be excluded and packaged
individually to keep the overall price down by avoiding expensive oversized
package surcharges. There is an automatic $50 surcharge on any oversized UPS
package on top of the existing rate. USPS will not accept oversized packages and
have smaller size limitations for international packages that may prevent us from
being able to ship some items outside of the United States and Canada.
Shipping charges are based upon actual cost to us, and will calculate with the
discounted pricing we qualify for. The shipping calculator is not perfect and does
not account for all scenarios, so if pricing does not appear to combine properly
please notify us prior to making payment so necessary adjustments can be made.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information is automatically e-mailed by the carrier selected when the
shipping label is created. When the item has been picked it up is updated as
shipped, and tracking information can also be found by going to won items in My
eBay.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in
order to avoid customs fees. We are not able to fulfill requests to alter customs
documentation, so please do not as ask those requests will be ignored and may be
reported to eBay as violation of eBay policy.

Our goal is to have every customer get what they ordered as described in the
listing the first time every time, but in the event there is a problem we offer a
very flexible return policy here at Source One Auto Parts. We accept returns and
exchanges for damaged, defective, and incorrect (by fault of customer or Source
One) merchandise. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be
reported to Source One within 7 days of receipt.
All returns must be authorized by Source One Auto Parts. To request
authorization, contact us via eBay messaging or by calling 269-343-3323. Source
One will issue a full refund (including shipping), or will exchange the item
within 10 days (much less in most cases) upon receipt of defective product.
RETURNS/REFUND
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned merchandise unless otherwise
noted. Refunds due to customer mistake or changing mind after shipping will be
refunded for the purchase price less shipping charges. If you purchased a free
shipping item your refund will be less our shipping cost, so please inquire about
that cost prior to sending the part(s) back. Writing the sales record number on
the exterior of the package being returned will help us identify the order, and
get the refund/exchange processed more quickly, so that is appreciated and helpful
to you, the buyer, as well.
Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was
received. If the condition of a part has been altered from the way it was
received, we will not be able to issue a refund. This includes alterations or
damages incurred attempting installation, noticeable markings from being mounted,
programming of items that require a VIN to be tagged to them, etc.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment used to make the original
purchase, and will be processed by the following business day from when we receive
the returned merchandise. All returns must be authorized by Source One Auto
Parts.
Source One Auto Parts guarantees every product we sell is in working condition (or the condition stated in the listing/ad) for 14 days from the date of the purchase. Due to the complexity of today's vehicles, and the expertise required to properly install some of their parts, in the event a part is believed to be defective Source One Auto Parts may request written documentation (on letterhead) from the installer which must be a licensed repair facility or Dealership stating the product is defective.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect (by fault of Source
One Auto Parts) merchandise, and we will cover any associated shipping costs.
Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. We
may request pictures of any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise before we
will authorize a return. We will ship your replacement upon receiving your
returned merchandise.
It is important you make sure the item is fully inspected for damage/defects
prior to installation. Please report any damage or defects to us as soon as
possible, as we are unable to cover any installation or associated costs. Any
items deemed defective will be exchanged depending upon availability. If the item
is no longer available a refund or credit will be issued for the defective
part.
The shipping service used to send replacement parts will be determined at the
discretion of Source One Auto Parts.
EXCEPTIONS
If you ordered an item in error and would like to return it, please contact us.
We may authorize the return, but we will not pay the return shipping and will only
refund the cost of the item. The merchandise must be returned in the same
condition it was received. Your refund will be processed once we receive the
item.
