Warranty claims can be made at any Chrysler or Dodge dealership with your proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover parts that have been modified. It also does not cover parts that may be defective due to another part’s failure. The warranty also does not cover any modifications, tempering or abuse of any sort.

Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement. The shipping price quoted in this auction is for Continental USA only. We normally ship with Fed Ex or United States Postal Service. On some occasions, we may also ship UPS. Tracking information will be supplied and sent to your email address. Due to some customers computer settings, that information may go into your spam folder. Please check your spam. If you would like an international shipment please create a Bongo shipping address.

UPS and Fed-Ex will normally charge a brokerage fee. We apologize; these fees are out of our control. If you’re not prepared to pay them, please do not buy from us.
If you’re a resident of Puerto Rico, you are not in the Continental US, do not assume we will ship to you for the same freight! We will request additional shipping, we will only ship via Fed Ex or UPS and you must supply us with a complete physical address.
