Shipping: In general most of our listings offer free shipping. We either ship out Fedex or USPS depending on the order. We ship to the lower 48 states. However, we will give quotes to international buyers on shipping charges and will consider shipping internationally if the customer will pay freight.
Payment: We accept paypal.
Delivery/Tracking Confirmation: We provide delivery confirmation and/or tracking numbers as a free service to all our customers. You will be notified via email whne the package is shipped and/or the tracking number. Any questions about your package once again feel free to email
Shipping USA(lower 48): In most our listings we provide free shipping to these locations, however this may not always be the case. Check each listing for more details.
Shipping Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Shipments to these locations will be considered for an additional charge to the customer for freight. When bidding ask us for a quote on the extra shipping charges.
Shipping Canada: Shipments to Canada would normally go out USPS. Please email us with your postal code when bidding so that we can provide a quote on the shipping charges.
Shipping International: Shipping international varies by country. Please email us with country you are from so we can provide a quote on shipping charges. We only ship to Paypal approved countries.
Returns: We do accept returns if you change your mind or order a wrong item. Returns must happen within 14 days after ordering the item. All merchandise returned must be in original conditon, including packaging, warranty cards, accesories etc. Returns are to be freight prepaid back to Cleveland.
