Shipping Responsiblity

We are not responsible for UPS, USPS or Fedex delays or losses. Any problems with the shipping carrier must be resolved with the carrier.

Restocking Fee

All Used Motorcars LTD parts sold on Ebay come with a 99 day warranty from time of purchase.

Motorcars LTD reserves the right to refund or replace a defective part. The Warranty above only applies to parts sold NOT labor.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items (see below) for an exchange or refund within 30 days, buyer pays return shipping.

Items Not Eligible for Return

There are NO RETURNS on Electrical Parts, Salvage (Used) Parts, Tools, Manuals, Books, CDRoms, Installed Parts, Parts sold at Cost (the listing will specifiy in description).

Return Instructions

Before returning any item, you must e-mail me at the Ask a question link to get a RMA# (Return Number). We will send you an e-mail with this number, and a return address to send the item to. Please write this number on at least three sides of the return box to ensure the processing of the return. Items that do not have a RMA# will be sent back at the customers expense.

Please notify us within 5 Business Days of purchase if there is a significant discrepancy with an order. Please inspect all packages when they are received.
