We have a 14 day return policy to help you have time to insure the item is what you need. All refunds made for returned items will exclude original shipping charges. If the refund is needed due to an error on our part, return shipping cost if made by ground freight UPS. We will not accept returns sent COD’s. All returns after 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items are not warranty or eligible for refund. Items that have been altered by mounting or other methods are not returnable. Original invoice must be included.
