ABOUT THE BRANDAbout Genera: Founded in 1991 as TYC Industrial U.S.A., the company operated from a single 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Paramount, CA. In 1995, the company was relocated to a 75,000 sq, ft. building in La Mirada, CA. The company name was changed to Genera Corp., concurrent with the establishment of its first branch operation. In 1998 and 1999 two new distribution centers were opened; One in Aurora (Chicago), Illinois, and the other in Coppell (Dallas), Texas. During this time, the California distribution center was moved to a 165,000 sq. ft. facility in Ontario, CA, and a separate free standing Corporate Headquarter building was established in La Palma, CA. In 2002, Genera's fifth distribution center opened in Suwanee Georgia. Genera sales are expected to exceed $190 Million in 2010. Each new product line must meet rigid quality and fit standards, and are tested by Genera for fit and performance prior to market release.

At True Blue, we want our customers to have exactly the part they need. If you need to return a part for any reason, just return the complete part in its original unused condition, with all original packaging and instructions, within 14 days of purchase for a full part refund. Don't paint or modify the part in any way, install it or throw the box away until you are sure you have the right part.
We will refund 100% of purchase price for the part itself, however we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, such as labor or shipping. (Please note that there are a few special orders and discontinued items that we cannot take back, and they are identified in our catalog as No Return.

Please include: 1. Your Order number, 2. Part number and 3. Reason for the return.
Returns must be sent to the correct address with our return instructions in the package to receive credit. The parts must be complete, undamaged and in their original undamaged box. Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in. The manufacturer's box must be in a shipping box to prevent damage to the original manufacturer's box.
We do not refund shipping charges unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part. For all other returns, we will deduct shipping charges from your refund. Refunds typically take about a week to process and will be paid as you paid us. (i.e. Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order.) You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
