Some Scanners and Cartridges may have some scratches or dents on the lenses or labels, but nothing will affect their functionality. SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship within 1 business day from receipt of cleared payment except on Friday afternoon, weekends and Holidays as we ship those on the next business day
- We do ship to APO/FPO and Post Office box addresses
- We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
- Unless otherwise stated in the auction above, we do ship to certain international addresses (shipping fees apply).
- For all international shipments Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- International shipment durations vary by country and could take anywhere between 3-6 weeks more or less for standard shipments while Express International shipments take 1-3 weeks more or less. We have no control over how long International shipments take.
RETURN POLICY
- On auctions that state we accept returns, we offer 14 days return or exchange after buyer receives item(s); see conditions below

- Returns are accepted only if we ship an item not as described; Our return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse
- Returns for reasons other than stated above will incur 20% restocking fee
- All returned items must be in same exact condition as we shipped them. We mark all of our items to make sure we receive back what was shipped. This policy helps protect both us and our customers from any fraud
