Duraflex is an upgraded fiberglass material. It uses a combination of fiberglass and a special urethane-plastic resin that allows for more flexibility compared to regular fiberglass products. The overall flexibility and durability will be determined by the shape and design of the part. Some parts in nature will be stronger and/or more flexible than others. The overall quality and finish of the product is much better than your average fiberglass part but it has nothing to do with fitment. On average 85% of the Duraflex parts we sell fit with no problems. About 15% will require minor to major modifications. These parts do not come ready to paint. In fact, they have to be fitted, primered and then painted. Professional installation is required.

Duraflex is a combination of fiberglass, plastic, and flex resins resulting in the best of both worlds. Duraflex (PFRP) products have a higher durability rate, reducing damage rates up to 75%, while still retaining its flexibility and staying true to form. Every Duraflex product is inspected through a rigorous quality control process giving consumers the highest quality product available with superior craftsmanship. This process ensures that Duraflex products are free from normal fiberglass deficiencies including waviness, spider cracks, chips, and gel coat damage. Duraflex products come finished with a shiny black gel coat, high quality mesh, hardware kit,  and an installation guide. With such attention to detail, Duraflex products are surprisingly affordable, roughly 50% of the cost of a comparable high quality JDM product. Duraflex products include many advantages of both fiberglass and poly- urethane aerodynamics, while leaving out most of the disadvantages. Duraflex aerodynamics is recommended for the consumer with a medium budget and wants to get the best value for the amount of money spent. The main difference between Duraflex and fiberglass is the quality.  The fitment between Duraflex and fiberglass is the same.

The flexibility and durability of a bumper depends on the shape of the bumper. Some bumpers in nature will have more of a flex than others. Shipping Damages
A signature will be required on all the items we ship. Do not sign the receipt until all packages have been inspected. You agree to inspect all the part(s) for damages in front of the driver. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it too. If there is an item missing, note it with the driver. Do not refuse the package and retain all boxes and other packaging material as the package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call us within 24 hours to file a claim request. As long as you have followed the rules we will send you a new item. You understand that failure to comply with this policy will result in us not being able to assist you. We cannot stress how important it is for you to comply with our policies.

Shipping Process


Our Policies

Installation / Fitment of Aerodynamics - Due to the material used in production (fiberglass, carbon fiber, poly-urethane or abs plastic), the parts will NOT be a direct bolt-on. As a result these parts will require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. Customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the products we sell. You need a professional body shop with custom fiberglass aerodynamic experience to perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the product. If your body shop cannot or refuses to perform the installation you will have to seek another body shop that will as we do not accept returns.

Exchanges -
You can do an exchange on the product purchased. This has to be done within 14 days of receiving the item. You are responsible for shipping & handling charges for both ways of the exchange. All approved exchanges must be returned to original shipper in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). We must receive the item in the same condition that you did to be able to receive the item back. We can only do an exchange for a product of the same brand.

Returns -
Due to the fact that shipping costs are so high we do not offer returns of any kind. If you are not satisfied with you order, please refer to the “Exchanges” policy.

Cancellations -
If the customer cancels within 30 days from ordering a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to the total amount of the order.

Refusal of Shipment -
If you refuse a shipment no matter the reason, you understand that you will be charged the cost of shipping for the item being returned to us. In addition, the original cost will not be refunded. Once we receive the shipment back you will be charged a 35% re-stocking on the parts you purchased. If the item arrives damaged please refer to our “Shipping Damages” policy. If there is a problem with your order, please accept the package and then give us a call.

Shipping Damages -
Every item we ship requires a signature upon receipt. It is important that you inspect all packages and contents for any shipping damage prior to signing. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it too. If there is an item missing note it with the driver as well. If there is damage and you note it on the delivery receipt we can replace the item right away. Otherwise we would have to present your case to the manufacturer as a product defect. A damaged product case would no longer be an option.

Warranty/Liability -
All products sold by us are sold “as is” to the customer. We doe NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by us are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. We are not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be responsible for the customer’s actions.

Not As Described -
If the item is not as described you need to note it with the driver, accept the package and email us pictures of the item you received. In addition, you need to take pictures of the part # or label that is on the part you received. Customer understands that the cars depicted in our pictures are highly modified for show which may include molding or adding to the original piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specified in the product description.
