When can I expect my order?

We're proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders for in-stock merchandise, i.e. merchandise that we have in our warehouse. If you order in-stock items by 2:00 p.m. Eastern (business days), your order will be shipped on the same afternoon. Of course, orders entered on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day. Including shipping & processing, you can expect your order to arrive in 2 to 6 business days from the date it was shipped from our warehouse in Virginia.

How will my order be shipped?

An order shipped from our warehouse will go by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail, depending on its weight and size. Upon shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail telling you when and how it shipped. An order shipped from the manufacturer will be shipped by a variety of reputable carriers and we are unable to provide automated shipping confirmations of their shipments. Elaborate delivery instructions, such as directions to your house, cannot be followed. Similarly, the decision as to when or where to leave a package is left to the discretion of the carrier.
