Guarantee and Returns
Stricker Auto Parts offers a 180 Day Guarantee on this item. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
All International sales are SOLD AS IS WITH NO RETURNS OR WARRANTIES. Sale price is due within 5 business days of close of auction. eBay items will not ship until payment is received. Orders paid by eCheck payments must clear before items are shipped. Customers that pick up items from our facility may pay online or at our facility before pick up.
No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
Defective or Damaged Parts Must be returned to Stricker Auto Parts at our discretion before any Replacement or Refund is given. Parts may not be returned after 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Original shipping charge refunds are at the sole discretion of Stricker Auto Parts. If free shipping is offered on the listing, the original charged amount from the carrier maybe subtracted from the amount refunded. The Buyer is Responsible for ALL shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to Stricker Auto Parts.
To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to

Stricker Bros., Inc. offers UPS Ground and UPS Next Day service options on all small parts in the 48 continental United States. A surcharge will be applied to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at checkout.
USPS Priority Mail is offered to all other customers in US Territories for a surcharge.
USPS Priority Mail International is offered worldwide to all international customers.
Pick up at our facilities is available. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. 6.75% Ohio Sales Tax will apply.
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.
If a part arrives damaged, please contact Stricker Auto Parts within 3 business days of delivery for instructions and replacement.

Help
