We require your old transmission. I am not trying to cheat you out of your money. When I get your old transmission back, however the shape of the transmission is in, I will refund your money right away. Regardless of how bad the inside is, or if the transmission was dragged halfway back to me, I will refund your core charge. PERIOD. I have no intentions of keeping your core charge, I only want the old transmission to be returned to us.

If you would like to avoid the core charge, Place your transmission on a pallet and wire it very good (wire coat hangers twisted tight with a screwdriver work well). call me with a business address to pick it up from, and I'll send a freight truck to pick it up. As soon as we see it, we'll ship your replacement same day. Turnaround time 2-4 days, depending on your location.
