This new direct fit, aftermarket, stainless steel catalytic converter is a great replacement. It is made of the highest grade materials for long lasting durability.

Specifications:

  • Comes as a PAIR
    • Fits both the LH (Driver Side) & RH (Passenger Side) FRONT Exhaust Pipe with single Converters
  • Replaces dealer part numbers: 8E0 253 095 TX, 8E0253095TX, 8E0 253 096 LX, 8E0253096LX
  • Detail for each pipe:
    • Inlet:
      • 3 Bolt triangular flange
    • Outlet:
      • Straight Pipe
    • Two Oxygen sensor provisions:
      • One located on front pipe below exhaust manifold connection
      • One located on rear side of pipe after converter
  • High quality 409 grade stainless steel
  • Includes all Pipes and flanges for direct installation (additional clamps may be required)
  • Certified for the following agencies:
    • US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
    • California Air Resources Board (CARB) (when applicable)
    • Ministry of Environment, Ontario & British Columbia - Canada
  • Built to strict quality control standards
  • Fits only the following VW engines as listed in vehicle descriptions:

Note: For vehicles requiring Engine ID (Identification): The Engine ID is usually located on a paper tag located on the valve cover.

This Catalytic Converter carries a 5 Year/50,000 Mile Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. It is warranted to meet Federal EPA Emissions Requirements for 25,000 miles.
