SHIPPING:

1. The buyer is responsible for all import/duties fees and tax that may apply to the order.
2. For the delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates and APO/FPO, please contact us for getting the shipping cost.
3. For Local Pick Up, please contact us at least one business day in advance.

RETURN POLICY (For exchange or refund): 

1. You must e-mail us (_____) for any return request within 3 days after receiving goods. Your buyer ID and Ebay Item Order number are needed as well.
2. The item must not be used and must be in the original packaging with all accessories.
3. We reserve the rights to have the unit exchanged (depends on stock status).
4. Customer is required to return item within 14 days after communicate and get our confirmation on your return.
5. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied in order to return an item for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
6. For all returns, customer is responsible to ship item back. For the return shipping back of replacement to customer will be free.
