2) Refunds will be given on the price of the item minus a $15% restocking fee.

4) Refunds will be issued within 10 days of our receiving returned item.
5) Buyer MUST notify us of return PRIOR to shipping item back in order that we
may have the opportunity resolve any issue with the item!
