• Please be advised that the order cannot be modified after checkout has been completed. Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping.
• Payments must be received within 7 days from the end of the listing.

• Shipping charge shown in listing is for the continental USA (48 states) only. Sorry, but we DO NOT ship to Puerto Rico.
• Orders will only be shipped to confirmed addresses.  Sorry we cannot ship to Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's.
• Orders are generally shipped the same or next business day after payment has been received.
• Delivery time for the continental USA is 1-5 business days by ground service.
• We use both UPS and USPS at our discretion. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipments progress.

We cannot accept any return without permission. 

All parts carry a full one-year warranty.

We are not responsible for falsely ordered items.  Buyer is responsible to make sure this item is right and the wanted one.  If you don't know, please call our knowledgeable sales team and they will be happy to find the correct part for your vehicle.

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.  However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.  Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

• Are in their original packaging
• Have original manufacturer information
• Are not used, installed, or disassembled
• Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
• Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:

• Custom or special orders
• Automotive repair manuals
• Electrical Parts and Components

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items incorrectly shipped to Weber Carbs Direct will not be returned. Items not purchased from Weber Carbs Direct will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete our form at Returns within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing your claim.

Warranty
Weber Carbs Direct guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. Carburetors have a one year replacement warranty. If you have received a defective product, please contact us and we will advise return procedure.
