Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that, 1) Are in their original packaging 2)Have original manufacturer information 3)Are not used, installed, or disassembled 4)are not damaged due to incorrect installation 5)Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions. The following orders are not returnable: -Custom or special orders -Automotive repair manuals -Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc). Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued for the item. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited ONLY in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for installed or failed parts returned without exercising the warranty exchange option.

The core charge is a deposit that the manufacturer charges to encourage the return of old parts to be remanufactured. You pay the core charge when you place your order. If you return the old part to us, we refund the core charge. To receive credit, cores must be returned within 30 Days of the date your order was placed. Cores must be complete, rebuildable, fit the same vehicle application and be returned in the box the part came in. This means the part you send back needs to have whatever components came on the remanufactured part. The box helps identify the part and proves to the manufacturer that the core replaces one of their products. Obviously, the core won't be working well (or you wouldn't have replaced it) but it can't be destroyed, rusted solid, or otherwise unusable. Shipping charges on cores aren't refundable. (Before sending back a core, you'll need to decide if the core deposit is worth the shipping cost.) * All fluids must be drained from the core * The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed * Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you * Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able * Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.
