In 48 states, I guarantee, this item will work as intended 14 days after delivery of item.
On International Shipments there is only DOA guarantee, buyer has to report in 2 days after they receive the item, if the item has a problem.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returns or replacements.

Returns and Refunds: We do not give refunds unless the item returned to us in the same condition it left our shop in. we do not accept returns unless stated in item description page.
