For use in cars and trucks. Plugs into 12 volt socket -- Insert into 12 volt cigarette lighter / accessory socket. Clip fan to permanent fixture. Turn switch to on position.

The unit stays in a fixed position (doesn’t oscillate) and it has one speed. The noise level is the same as any fan this size. It draws 95 watts.
