The Takeda Retain Intake is a short ram air intake intake system. In recent testing this intake produced 14hp and 14lbs. x ft. of torque. Takeda intakes are constructed out of lightweight black anodized tubing for maximum air flow and a great style. Each intake uses a large 360 degree high flow PRO Dry S air filter for maximum flow, filtration and convenience. The PRO Dry S air filter requires no oils and cleans with simple soap and water. Takeda intakes come complete with all tubing, filters, couplers and hardware for an easy installation.

Retain is the Takeda Short Ram lineup. These intakes create simple, bolt-on horsepower that requires simple, quick installation and no bumper removal. Some of the short ram intakes include a wrinkle black heat shield. Link is the Takeda Conversion lineup. These intakes are cold air intakes that can be converted into a short ram intake, simply by removing the secondary portion of the intake system and relocating the filter to the primary intake tube. All Link version intakes come complete with Takeda's Synthetics Pre-Filter. Takeda Air Intake Systems use a revolutionary new Pro Dry S Filter Media that works without filter oil. This media is easier and faster to clean than traditional foam, and requires no costly and messy solvents or oils. Takeda filters can be cleaned in a matter of minutes and are ready to use after only a couple of hours of drying time. Unlike pre-oiled or disposable filters, Takeda Filters are Lifetime Filters that will last as long as you own your vehicle. |

On the other hand, many customers from the United Kingdom prefer FedEx as there are no additional fees and they receive their packages significantly faster than those shipped via USPS. All return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase and are at the discretion of Car N Truck Toyz. If approved you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 25% and our orginal shipping charge to you. If we have a listing with Free Shipping you will still be charged our original shipping charge. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
