Returns are easy and hassle free. If you need to return and item within the return period simply contact us before returning the item so we can issue you an RMA number. There is no fine print and no hidden restrictions. Whether you simply made a mistake or the item is just no longer needed we will accept the item back as long as its in the same condition it was sent and no modifications have been made to it. We take care of all of our customers and will work with you in any situation to make things right or resolve any problems you may have.

Warranty Policy

All parts are warranted for 60 days. If a part fails within the 60 day period we will issue a replacement unit or if one is not available a full refund upon your item being returned and verified. This warranty period is to ensure that you have no risk buying from us as these are used parts and we not out to rip anyone off like sellers who offer no return or warranty on items. We are true and honest with our customers and will resolve any situation

We accept immediate payment via PayPal. Credit Card sales may be handled over the phone at 724-384-8916 if necessary. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the state of Pennsylvania

Shipping

When possible we always upgrade shipments to priority shipping 2-3 days. In most cases stuff is always shipped priority the only things that usually require parcel post shipping are over sized items or heavy items. If you need an upgraded shipping please contact us so we can give you a quote.

Freight shipments are based on weight, size distance and delivery location. All freight shipments will be returned to the freight facility and held if the proper delivery type is not selected.

Our standard shipping is Parcel Select 2-9 Business days with USPS however please note that most items can go priority 1-3 business days. Shipping method depends on weight and distances from us. All smaller items / lighter items can go priority as there cheaper or only a few dollars more then Parcel Select. We always upgrade shipping when its close to parcel select. Please notify us prior to purchase if you need a certain shipping method. PR, AK, & HI please contact us to see if there is a surcharge on an item. Smaller items are normally ok but bigger ones will certainly cost more. Items over 70 pounds will ship UPS Ground. Freight items usually are 1-6 business days. Any damaged items must be reported immediately upon receiving so a claim can be filed.

We put a 60 day warranty on every item unless stated otherwise. What this means is that from the time the item is delivery until 60 days after you are covered if the part should ever fail. We cannot cover electrical parts/items. Should a part fail in or around that time frame please contact us so we can find you a replacement unit. This ensures you can buy with confidence knowing that if your part should fail we will find you a replacement. The original part must be returned to us for inspection. If you need to return an item you need to contact us prior to receive the correct address. Please not that you can return any item in the specified time frame as long as its in the same condition it was sent and no tampering was made to the warranty markings etc, however free shipping does not actually mean shipping was free obviously it cost money to ship you the part. Your responsible for return shipping cost and You will be refunded minus the original shipping cost we paid to send the item to you. We print labels directly off eBay so eBay can see the cost and you can see the actual shipping cost as we don't add fees or restocking charges like most people. People make mistakes but you have to understand that we cant be held responsible for shipping cost on an item that you ordered incorrectly, compatibility issue, wrong color, wasn't what you expected it to be, etc. We only guarantee fitment of what we have listed in "RED" above Any item that is damaged must be reported immediately so we can file a claim with USPS. Its your responsibility to notify us promptly and check your item when it arrives as sometimes the post office does mishandle stuff.
