1999 and up Audi/Volkswagen/Volvo vehicles have their engine immolizers built into the clusters. If you install a used cluster in your vehicle (that is not your original cluster coded to that car) your CAR WILL NOT START!
If your cluster has failed and you need a replacement you have two options:
1) Buy a new one at the dealership ($1200 retail) and then pay labor for programming, installation, etc
or
2) Buy one of our fully tested used clusters and send us your ORIGINAL one - we can "clone" the original cluster and all of it's vehicle information, including mileage, to one of our used clusters.
